5 septembre 2010, Lake Garda Regatta: An unforgettable 4th stage and a new victory for Eckhard Kaller!

11 Longtze Premiers met up last weekend on Lake Garda in Italy, to race the 4th stage of the Longtze European Tour 2010. The German team “Wet Feet”, led by Eckhard Kaller once again took out the event, followed by Ljarmo Wieland’s Swiss team “Shensu”, and the Longtze “Voiles et Voiliers”.
July 2010. The Mediterranean Training Centre at la Grande Motte, which was recognized last December by the FFVoile , as the " Centre of Regional Excellence" and subsequently known as the training reference point by Figaro in 6.50 and in French Cata teams , will mount a training programme in the Longtze as of September.
July 27, 2010. For the first time since it arrived in Europe in 2008, the Longtze Premier is going to race on the other side of the channel. And not just anywhere, as it is at the mecca of the sailing world, during the legendary Cowes Week (July 29-Aug 8), that this "dragon's son" is going to set sail in England, under the expert eye of the British sailors.
The Student Cup, which was borne out of the enthusiasm for the Longtze  by a group of students, debuted in March 2010 with the Hydro’s Cup, and climaxed at La Grande Motte in June, with Baudoin Vuilermet’s victory on the Longtze “Centrale Lyon-GFC Construction”.

Almost 30 boats in the starting line-up and new events, chosen not only for their quality and visibility, but also their level of challenge.  5 events are on the programme  : The Primo Cup, France, Monaco (12-14 February 2010), the Grand Prix de l’Ecole Navale, Lanvéoc, France,  (13-16  May),  Cowes Week, England (31 July- 7 August), Lake Garda Regatta, Italy (3-5 September) and the Longtze Final (October, Switzerland).
